When choosing the paddles You should be aware of the weight and material of the paddle as well as its quality. The material of the oar has an impact on weight, strength and reinforcement of use. Sup paddles can be made out of reinforced PP (reinforced plastic), nylon, aluminum, glass fiber and carbon - a very light, durable and comfortable material.
A few suggestions that will work well for recreational swimming:
- Solid: A durable and light fiberglass rod with a smooth adjustment of the paddle length allows it to be adapted to each user. The T-bar handle allows for a firm and comfortable grip of the paddle.
